Potential acquisitions should leverage our core competencies to improve or expand the products and services offered by the prospective company. |

- Simpex seeks businesses that generate between $5 million and $10 million in revenues
- Target investments have an industry focus that includes, but is not limited to:
- Distribution Companies in tri state area of the North East, USA that carry products lines fitting our industries
- Manufacturing companies that make parts for OEM ‘s or niche products relating to our industries
- Gas Turbine Service/Repair facility in power or aerospace engines
- Captive power plants in USA
- Companies doing business in the related industries such as Power, Oil & Gas, Steel, Pulp and Paper, Refining or Petrochemical, Renewable Energy will only be considered
- Geographic preferences include North America & Western Europe
- Prospective businesses must maintain a defensible competitive advantage with an established customer base.
- Companies that will benefit from new leadership that is experienced in marketing, sales, development, administration, finance, international business etc…
